 So yesterday didn't end up working out exactly as I had wanted it to... i took the girl i nanny for to chipotle for dinner and i ended up getting a vegetarian burrito... i didn't eat all of it, but still i had enough to definitely make a dent in my efforts for the day!! i also had a special k bar and a popsicle at like 1 am.... oh well... today is going well though. i had a small bowl of go lean crunch this morning--150 cal, and i just had a popsicle--50 cal. so only 200 for the day. hopefully i can keep this up!!!

so yesterday i got PAID to get a masssage. this guy is working on becoming a professional masseus and he needed people to give massages to and give him feedback. so i got an 80 minute massage and got paid $60. it was the best thing ever. :)

i need some motivation to work out soo bad. its so sad, the family i live with this year has a stairmaster, bike (its like really oldschool though) and a treadmill. i've been here for 2 months and havent used any of the machines yet. soo pathetic.... well i need to go run errands, i promises to comment lots later. good luck today girls. think of how bad you want this and dont let stupid fat calories ruin your day. hope you are all doing well, xox!

hey skinny em, who's eyes are those up there? they're haunting- i like it. well, i'm trying... not hard enuf, but i'm getting back on track. really!! the only sweet thing i'll have for like the next 3 days is this little thing of sour candy. but that's it.

it's like i'm getting off of candy but not cold-turkey. lol. it's so hard tho! well, that's awesome about the massage- i almost got paid $100 to get my hair cut by this cosm. student but.... i procrastinated calling her-- & then forgot to!! what else??!!! :[  stay strong!

don't worry about these rough patches.. they'll make you stronger. and getting paid for a massage?! *packs bags* where are you at? lol. jk. that's amazing... i think i need to look into a massage... especially after this week.
   well i must be off... i have a paper due tomorrow and i'm not yet done.

  great intake so far. U are a nanny, that is so cool. I would love to be a nanny haha if the fam and kids were nice that is. How old are the kids? or kid?? Uhh i am soooo jealous about the massage i could use one really bad. I am so stressed and tense all the time. Did u wanna join the challenge?? if you do we could add u on tuesday. Totally up to u but if u want just send me our weight on tuesday and your goal by christmas, and your BMI.

yep, i got your new number from your away message one time when you had it up..i was like 'oh, it changed...that's probably why she hasn't replied to a couple text messages i've sent lately.' lol :P
awh, i'm sorry about your gain. this all just sucks so bad. i wish when i gained like 15 pounds and was at 115 that i could have just stayed there. but with doctors on my ass, i really couldn't. :[ so now i'm nearly 130 and i feel like i just keep on gaining. my old clothes barely fit me, that i used to wear before i started dieting all together! i wish i could stop this whole binging thing...that's pretty much how i eat. my stomach like doesn't know when to tell me that it's full, so i keep eating. my proportions are wack.
gaaaah, i just want to be 115. that seems like a set number for me. i know if/when i get there though, that i won't be happy yet. then will i just be trapped in the whole episode i was in before? :[
this scares me.
i don't really have any tips anymore...i mean i used to when i was GOOD at dieting. i've been hearing more and more that 6 mini meals a day is a lot better than regular portions 3 times a day. that's how britney lost like 25 pounds of pregnancy weight. [well in addition to exercise] then your metabolism can stay high so your body burns as many calories as it can.
